Q: How much notice do I need to give?
A: We are available whenever you need us, whether it be day or evening
----and usually within 24 hours.
Q: How much time does a home inspection take?
A: Home inspections can vary in length depending on the size and age of
----the home. An average inspection takes approximately three hours.
Q: What will happen during the home inspection?
A: In order to provide the most accurate and efficient reporting possible,
----we prefer to inspect the house alone initially and then recommend that
----you join us on the second pass. At this time we will discuss our
----findings, point out areas of concern and answer any questions that you
----may have. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to
----make an informed home buying decision. This is also an excellent
----opportunity to receive a general orientation of your home.
----Upon completion of the inspection, you will receive a package that
----contains a complete and detailed on-site report that outlines all of our
----observations and seasonal and routine maintenance guides, packed
----with important information and tips for maintaining your new home.
----Once the inspection is complete we would request payment in the form
----of personal cheque or cash.
Q: How much does a home inspection cost?

Q: Are you a member of a professional association?
A: Mark is a Registered Home Inspector (R.H.I.) member in good standing, which is the highest level attainable with the O.A.H.I, and follows the
----standards of practice according to O.A.H.I. (Ontario Association of
----Home Inspectors).
